Die baust du dann so ein : http://127.0.0.1/wtf/mewn/login.php?s=0x80, wobei 127.0.0.1 durch deine static-ip ersetzt werden soll. und um dass zu verhindern nimm eben in der httpd.conf statt
Listen 80 die zeile Listen 127.0.0.1:80, wobei wieder deine static-ip eingesetzt werden muss... <--- Da
